Coffea arabica or simply Arabica Coffee is the name of the most widely grown coffee species in the world. All of the world’s highly graded coffees and essentially those that we would classify as “speciality” are of the Arabica species, or closely related to it. Arabica itself can be traced back to the Ethiopian Highlands.
